BXR.DIGITAL (“BXR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates bxr.digital and provides software development, digital product, design and automation services.

BXR.DIGITAL is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us or use optional website features.

Our project enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, company and project brief. The contact page also offers a budget selection. We receive the information you choose to include in these fields.

We use this information to receive your enquiry, understand the requested project, respond, communicate about potential services and operate the enquiry process.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your enquiry.

Enquiries are processed through our website. Successful submissions are stored using Supabase, together with submission timestamps, the form's project category and other enquiry-management information. We also store a hashed network identifier and browser user-agent information for technical and abuse-prevention purposes.

BXR uses these records to review and respond to enquiries. Project enquiry contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. We also use technical measures intended to reduce spam and abuse.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use bxr.digital. Analytics is optional.

Google Analytics is not loaded through our website until you choose “Accept analytics”. If you choose “Reject optional”, optional analytics remains disabled. You can change this preference later through “Privacy choices” in the footer.

When enabled, analytics can measure page visits, traffic and referral information, browser and device information, service contact-button interactions, email-link interactions and successful enquiry conversions.

A successful enquiry may be recorded as a conversion event after the enquiry has been confirmed stored by our website system. Our custom events use predefined labels to identify the form or interaction.

BXR's custom analytics events are designed not to include your name, email address, company, phone number, enquiry message or form contents.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. When you accept analytics, Google processes analytics data according to its applicable terms and privacy practices.

Advertising-related Google consent categories remain denied in our current website configuration.

Google Privacy Policy

We use localStorage in your browser to remember analytics, theme and sound preferences, and whether you have discovered the voice feature. This is browser storage, not a cookie. The analytics preference does not contain your name, email address or project enquiry.

We use sessionStorage for a voice-session identifier and a technical page-recovery marker. These are associated with the browser tab's session. Local preferences remain until replaced or cleared; you can clear browser storage through your browser settings.

Google Analytics may use cookies when you accept analytics. Changing your analytics choice stops future optional measurement through our implementation, but does not itself erase information already collected or all existing cookies. Separate authentication cookies are used for restricted administrator access, not as a requirement for browsing the public website.

When no saved analytics choice exists, you can choose “Reject optional” or “Accept analytics”. Rejecting keeps optional GA4 measurement disabled; accepting enables it.

You can change the preference through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Following withdrawal, future custom analytics events are disabled. Interactions while analytics is rejected are not intentionally queued and replayed later. If your preference cannot be stored, analytics remains disabled.

The Voice Assistant is optional and uses a separate consent step. Before starting, you are asked to agree that conversations may be recorded and stored for quality review and follow-up. Your browser also asks for microphone permission.

When a session starts, microphone audio and any selected text prompts are sent to OpenAI to process the conversation, transcribe speech and generate spoken responses. A session-related identifier is also supplied for provider safety handling.

BXR stores conversation transcripts, including assistant responses and selected prompts, using Supabase. Where browser recording is supported, the website records the combined user and assistant audio and uploads it to private Supabase storage. Session identifiers, the page used to start the conversation, consent confirmation, timestamps, duration and recording details are also stored.

Ending the session stops microphone capture and attempts to finish saving the conversation. Ending a session, or discarding an unsaved recording, does not delete information already saved. You can contact us about deletion. The current website does not automatically erase saved conversations when a session ends.

Voice conversation contents and prompt selections are not sent through BXR's custom Google Analytics events. OpenAI and Supabase also handle information according to their applicable service settings and terms. Please avoid sharing sensitive information through the assistant.

Limited technical information is processed to deliver the website, monitor performance, diagnose errors and reduce abuse. This includes performance measurements, page paths, error details and request information. Error reports may include the text of a software error.

Operational telemetry is separate from Google Analytics and is not controlled by the optional analytics choice. Hosting infrastructure also processes requests and operational logs.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests are separate from Google Analytics and can occur before an analytics choice. They involve connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers.

We use Vercel for website hosting and delivery; Supabase for enquiry and voice records, private audio storage and application infrastructure; OpenAI for the optional voice conversation, transcription and generated responses; and Google for optional Google Analytics and website font delivery.

These providers receive information needed for their respective roles. Their processing and retention also depend on applicable service configurations and terms.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving issues and meeting applicable operational or legal requirements.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. Browser preferences remain until changed or cleared. Ending a voice session does not automatically delete its saved records. Third-party retention also depends on provider configuration and terms.

BXR.DIGITAL is based in the United Arab Emirates and uses technology providers that may process information in other countries. As a result, information may be processed outside the country in which you are located.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled through BXR.DIGITAL. However, no internet transmission, storage system or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning personal information about you. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in certain circumstances.
